>> My name is Jessica Plunkett and I work in Human Resources. I'm a Human Resources Generalist. So I do everything from retiring all the way down to the terminations and anything in between, such as employee relations, and anything else that pops up. Every day is different which is part of what's so great about the job. But in one day I could have everything from a hire to a termination like I did last Friday, and employee relations issues as well as projects that are coming up like revising policies and procedures, reviewing different laws that are changing throughout the year. So it can, it can involve all of it. And it can just be focused on one aspect of the job too. Every day is different. You really don't know what you're walking into. There's busy parts of the season. So around the holidays and the end of the year tends to be a little more busy because that's when you're doing reviews and when you're looking at salaries and that sort of thing. But typically it would be closer to 9 to 5, yes.
