Okay, my name is Dustin Scabrough. I'm from Hampton, Virginia. I'm currently residing outside of Baltimora, Owings Mills, and for a living I work with DTLR Community Outreach Department. So, what that is DTLRs are urban retailer, we sell sneakers on a base level. But I work in a corporate department, marketing and outreach, and what my job specifically is to coordinate outreach events in different communities throughout the country. It's a very passion-driven industry when you're dealing with non-profit organizations, low-income, and underprivileged communities, so I say it's just a lot of coordinating with organizations that are on the ground level, and getting out there, and getting our hands dirt as well. I wanna just say that the summer is our busiest time, right now, and the holiday season is kinda busy too because a lot of people are doing Thanksgiving drives. Next week, we have Wale who's a DC hip hip artist. He's giving away turkeys in DC and we're about to move a hashtag lunch bag we're doing stuff with the United Way, so this time of year can be busy. But the busiest for me was when I was coordinating the community fairs that we did back to school cuts and all those regions because I was on the phone ringing equipment, talking to people about houses, you know? Talking to the store level and say, 'Hey, what would you like to see going in your stores? How's your community getting out, they're getting excited about it. How many flyers do you need down there or how many barbers you're gonna have?' It was just a lot of coordinating in a lot of different places. So, I was coordinating Charlotte, I was coordinating in Georgia, Alabama, Chicago, DC, Virginia, so it's a lot to kinda handle. So, organization is fundamental. The communities that we work in or all the communities that we work in are where we have store locations, so they come in, they chat with us all the time, they kind of spend a lot in there, a lot of their money with us so because they do that, we wanna go back and give them some of that back, kinda feedback into the communities, so we really try to test the kids 'cause we believe that kids are our future so we try to attach to them and just kinda help build them up different outlets, different resources for them just to kinda let them know that, you know, it may not be in the moment what it could be in the future. So, we wanna kinda help plant those seeds.
